You are going to dance and feel. Plus have enormous amounts of fun. The body and mind are connected, in many more ways than we think. Moving is not just a physical thing. We know, one´s body might have some limitations, but the mind has a strong influence on how we move and how confident we feel in our bodies. So, be prepared to dance and to feel this evening.

Belly dance
The music of belly dance makes you ‘feel’ the music. It requires your mind to engage with your body, which in turn gives us a break from thoughts and worries.
Dancing in a group gives you positive energy and interaction in a highly supportive way. This creates feelings of acceptance: essential for mental health.
Belly dance improves your muscle tone & your core strength and enhances your posture. You will gain assertive body language and the people you are now interacting with are aware of your good self-esteem.
Inner work
You are going to work with the subconscious and the conscious mind. A safe, mind-blowing,, hypnotic visualisation will bring you relaxation, and transformation. This wonderful, liberating, guided meditation re-programs your subconscious mind with positive affirmations and visualisation techniques.

We are feminine, down to earth, adventurous, entrepreneurial, and work in the corporate world too. We know how important posture, self-confidence and self-esteem are. Those are truly deal breakers.
Judith
Judith is a seasoned dance teacher and has danced and coached all over the world. She is sparkling, earthy, caring and vibrant. Judith is passionate about belly dance, tango and flamenco. She will make your body move and improve your posture!
Silke
Silke is a Certified Hypnotherapist. She uses RTT®, NLP, and EFT tapping. She is caring, approachable, has a wicked sense of humour. She doesn’t beat around the bush. Silke helps you understand where your blocking beliefs stem from and helps you to release those.
