What to expect

Ave Munde Therapy offers a fast and effective treatment that helps you deal with any issue or concern and avoid it for good. This is mainly comprised of 1-3* RTT sessions of 2 hours.
After each session you will be given a tailor-made hypnosis recording a to listen to for 21 days (at least once a day) and weekly follow-up moments. With your commitment to feel better RTT® hypnotherapy sessions will bring about the lifelong change most people seek out.

How does RTT® works

Rapid Transformational Therapy® is a therapy method that combines the most effective techniques from neurolinguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy, and psychotherapy, with the potential to powerfully transform your life in the shortest time. This method has been formulated by Marisa Peer, an award-winning therapist with over 30 years of experience. RTT® has successfully helped thousands of people worldwide to rapidly overcome even long-held issues.

 

Rapid Transformational Therapy® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients, including the use of trance and hypnotic conditioning. However, RTT® goes beyond hypnosis, diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement.


While using correct, up-to-date, and relevant language when talking to yourself is certainly a part of any transformation, it serves as more of a reinforcement of breakthroughs rather than the catalyst. RTT® therapists could reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to access the subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk.

Does it work?

Oh, yes it does.

 

How long does it take?

Each Rapid Transformational Therapy® session lasts around 1.5-2 hours. Block 2.5 hours in your schedule so you don´t feel rushed.

 

What does hypnosis feels like?

It feels different for everyone. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. The level of hypnosis required for RTT is very light as you are expected to engage and respond to questions. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working. I promise.

 

Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?

No! You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave (I’ve had clients who had to stop to pee!). If the session is over Zoom and our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.

 

Will you make me do something with which I am not comfortable?

No. You are in control of yourself at all times. This is not stage hypnosis, this is hypnosis for therapeutic purposes and you will be in control, responding, thinking and talking and making decisions as you usually do. 

 

How does it work?

Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!

 

How do I prepare for my hypnosis session?

Make sure you are alone and will remain undisturbed for the whole session. A charged computer, a glass of water and some tissues nearby where you can reach it is all you'll need.

Prepare to listen to your personal recording for 21 days after the session. 40% of the change you will experience comes from this recording.

What can I expect to feel?

Expect to feel relaxed and be ready to chat with your eyes closed. Much like a guided visualization you'll be asked to picture things I describe. It’s easy! We induce a state of relaxation with eye movements, so that your brain waves move to an alpha state and you are calm and alert. You don't have to do anything, think of anything, know anything, just relax.

How will I feel afterwards?

Everyone is different and depending on how deeply you work, you might come out of your session bouncing out of your skin with excitement or you may feel a sense of reflection or wonder. You may continue to discover even more about yourself & your programming post session. Whether you feel excited or reflective, you will always leave the session with a sense of understanding, freedom and empowerment.

 

How can it work it just one-three sessions*?

Hypnosis allows direct access to the 'reasons' we do what we do and react the way we react, saving you hours even years in talk therapy, searching for the source. The source of our issues are usually based on an age-appropriate understandings. When you're able to observe yourself and these understandings with your adult understanding and compassion, it's relatively easy to let them go and move onto rewiring new beliefs that will help you move forward.

 

Sometimes it can take more than three sessions per issue but as a rule most issues take between one-three sessions. I don't want to waste my time or yours which is why I treat this way.

 

*Please note long term depression, anxiety & weight issues can take several sessions.

 

When will I start to see changes?

There are three types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:

  • Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.

  • Incremental: You see subtle, consistent shifts every day, or over time.

  • Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and only when you look back do you notice how much you've changed for the better.

 

You may experience a combination of the three.

What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping, is a great stress reducer. It helps to reduce stress, fears, anxiety, emotional and physical distress. EFT/tapping helps to take the body from a state of fight-or-flight to one of rest.

You don’t necessarily have to be in an anxiety-producing experience to put EFT/tapping into practice. It can be done by simply thinking about what makes you anxious or afraid.

 

What does RTT/EFT cost?

Ave Munde Therapy doesn't offer just single RTT sessions. I always offer a 30 day programme. Why? To make sure that you get the most out of your investment. That's why you can always contact me when you need additional support and that's why I contact you on a regular basis too.

The first tapping session is always 45 minutes. Would you need another session after your first EFT tapping session, I offer 30 minutes top up sessions which only takes 30 minutes as we already know each other and can start immediately.

Giving back to society is very important to me, not only because I have received a lot myself and love to pay it forward. But also because I strongly believe therapy should be available to everyone. Not just to the ones with deeper pockets. Therefore I offer package discounts and payment plans to suit your needs and budget.
