This 4-week group course empowers legal professionals - such as lawyers, judges, paralegals, solicitors, and barristers - to manage stress, overwhelm, anxiety and feelings of burnout with clarity, resilience and confidence.
It blends mental wellness practices with leadership skills, thus empowering participants to face the demands of their profession with confidence and composure.

The course is designed to not only build individual resilience but to also foster a sense of community among legal professionals, where they can share challenges and strategies in a safe, supportive space.

you will learn how face the daily pressures of your profession with confidence, calm and clarity.
The aim is to keep you rolling - preferably forward - and not getting stuck!

Week 1: “Spot the Storm: Recognising and Reflecting on Stress”
Awareness is the first step toward resilience. In week 1's "Spot the Storm", you will build awareness of burnout, stress responses, and the personal cost of high performance. The first pillar Recognise & Reflect is perfect to create awareness. Because once you are aware of something, you are able to achieve change.

👉 Identify patterns of burnout, stress, and overwhelm — and learn to reflect without judgement.
Week 2: “Pause, Breathe, Observe: The Art of Mindful Awareness”
Pillar two of the ROLL method - Open Up and Observe - helps you to to go from reaction to response through mindfulness and openness. Learn to observe thoughts and emotions with compassion and curiosity.

👉 Develop self-compassion and mindful awareness to create calm amid chaos.
Week 3: “Own Your Power: Leading from Within”
In week 3 we focus on resilience as proactive leadership — leading yourself first. Lead with Leadership cultivates agency, boundaries, and confident decision-making.

👉 Build resilient leadership habits and boundary-setting skills with clarity to prevent burnout, stress and overwhelm.
Week 4: “Liberate and Thrive: Resilience in Action”
Laud the Liberation is the fourth pillar of the ROLL method. An important one. This week we will celebrate any transformation and sustain resilience. Integrate learnings, celebrate wins, and design long-term wellbeing practices.
