Quite often we don´t schedule time for ourselves. We´re just keep going and going. We both know that that´s only sustainable for a while. And not so good for us in the long run.
You’re busy and I get it. Much is going on and at times we feel overwhelmed with all that is happening. Work, relationships, family matters, the world economy, peace, and more.
That is a lot to deal with.

Every month we do something else. Although we always start with a brain dump: five minutes to write down everything that is on your mind. Both work and personal live things.
